Jonathon began his Jr Drag racing career at the age of 11. His family traveled to Atlanta, Ga. and purchased his first Motivational Tubing Jr. Dragster.
On his first pass ever he stopped the clock at 14.35 and 44mph. Later that night he ran 13.65, and was thrilled to death.
In his first true competition on May 16th he placed third at the Ohio Valley Raceway in Louisville, KY. In Clay City, KY at the Moutain Parkway Motorplex, he won his first race. (picture below)
Away from the race track Jonathon enjoys sports, playing the guitar and drums, swimming, and riding his 4 wheeler. He also plays on the 6th grade basketball team, for his dad who is the coach.
